Arthur Szliter
Arthur Szliter’s graduation from Wayne State University in 1962 with a BA in marketing launched a career journey that was destined to establish Arteva Homes. He began his career at H.J. Oldenkamp, a distributor of specialty building products. Under Mr. Szliter’s leadership, the company grew and he became its sole owner. He sold the company in 1991 after he had established it as one of the largest Formica & Corian distributors in the U.S.
Vito Terracciano
Vito Terracciano is a licensed builder in the State of Michigan with more than 20 years of experience in the home construction industry. He is the builder of record of custom luxury homes located across Michigan, from West Bloomfield to Chesterfield Township and beyond. Mr. Terracciano has a developed expertise in managing the demands of concurrent and complicated projects.
Brian Szliter
Brian Szliter has held positions in supply chain logistics management and is a skilled leader of complex team projects. A 1998 Michigan State University graduate with a BS in microbiology, he went on to Wayne State University where he received a MBS in 2002 with an emphasis in marketing and finance. Mr. Szliter is a licensed builder in the State of Michigan.
